Initial review — 7–10 business days.
We'll confirm that your services are relevant to the Mama Yola community and that the information you provided is complete. We may reach out if anything is missing.
Credential and profile review.
For providers moving forward, we'll review your credentials, professional title, stated services, and profile language. We may request documentation or ask for revisions to specific wording.
Approval and profile preparation.
Once approved, we'll work with you to finalize your profile — headshot, bio, services, links, and any contributed content.
Publication.
Your profile goes live after a final review. You'll receive a confirmation and a link to your published page.
