Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

How orders are fulfilled. Mama Yola works with independent brands using a mix of fulfillment methods. Some products ship directly from the brand that makes them, while others may ship from Mama Yola. The fulfillment method may vary by product.

Orders with more than one item. If your order includes products shipping from different brands or fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking, and on different days.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Shipping times. Each fulfillment partner ships on its own schedule. Estimated shipping timing, when available, is shown at checkout or in the product information. You'll receive tracking as each parcel ships.

Something not arrived? If your tracking hasn't updated or a parcel seems delayed, email info@mamayola.com with your order number and we'll follow up for you.
