About This Product
Single-ingredient magnesium chloride spray sourced from the ancient Zechstein Sea. One ingredient. No additives. No fragrance. Just pure, highly concentrated magnesium chloride in water — topically applied for absorption through the skin.
4–5 sprays on legs, torso, or bottoms of feet. 1 spray = 30mg. Recommended 350–360mg/day during pregnancy. Topical use only; avoid broken or freshly shaved skin. Tingling is normal — a sign the magnesium is being absorbed.
